Dr Olivier is the owner and director of Christel Olivier Inc, trading as Diabetes Care Centurion.
Diabetes Care Centurion supports a holistic multidisciplinary team approach to offer our patients the best possible care in the management of Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes.
Dr Christel Olivier has been practising in the field of diabetes since 2005 and took ownership of Diabetes Care Centurion in 2009.

Angelique Bence

Dr. Angelique Bence completed her MBChB at the University of Pretoria in 2020. She completed her internship and community service at Potchefstroom Hospital and Bernice Samuel Hospital respectively, gaining broad experience in general medicine and patient care. Since completing her community service, Dr. Bence has worked in both General Practice and Emergency Medicine.
She is passionate about providing compassionate, holistic and individualised care and believes in working together with patients to develop practical treatment plans that fit into their everyday lives. She has a particular interest in Family Medicine and the management of chronic conditions, and is excited to further develop her expertise in diabetes care as part of the multidisciplinary team at Diabetes Care Centurion. Dr. Bence values building long-term relationships with her patients and strives to create a supportive environment in which patients feel heard, understood and empowered in managing their health.

Dr. Strauss employs a holistic bio-psycho-social-spiritual approach, valuing each patient as a unique individual. She also completed the CDE's Foundation course in Diabetes Management.

Zelda Lamprecht

Biokineticist

Zelda Lamprecht completing her BA (Hons) Sport Science at the University of Pretoria in 1999 and her BSc (Hons) Biokinetics at the University of Zululand in 2000. She also has various qualifications in the fitness, sport and business fields. She is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and the Biokinetics Association of South Africa (BASA). She is working with patients living with diabetes, passionate about orthopaedic-, cardiac- and sports rehabilitation, and an expert in hydrotherapy.
In addition, she has worked as a Biokineticist and Conditioning Specialist for the South African Korfball Team since 2009.
