Christel Olivier
Diabetologist
Dr Olivier is the owner and director of Christel Olivier Inc, trading as Diabetes Care Centurion.
Diabetes Care Centurion supports a holistic multidisciplinary team approach to offer our patients the best possible care in the management of Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes.
Dr Christel Olivier has been practising in the field of diabetes since 2005 and took ownership of Diabetes Care Centurion in 2009.

I am originally from a small town in the Eastern Free State, called Frankfort. After matriculating there, I completed my medical studies locally at the University of Pretoria in 2021.

I was blessed to discover my passion for metabolic health early on. That motivated me to obtain my diploma in diabetes via the University of South Wales while doing my community service year in Heidelberg, Gauteng.

Thanks to the love of my life, Marius, I moved back to Pretoria to get married and settle down. With this move came the opportunity to learn practically from some of the best diabetes practitioners in the country. I am extremely excited to be a part of the Diabetes Care Centurion team and to continue my professional career in the field of diabetes. Helping one patient at a time.

Zelda Lamprecht
Biokineticist
Zelda Lamprecht completing her BA (Hons) Sport Science at the University of Pretoria in 1999 and her BSc (Hons) Biokinetics at the University of Zululand in 2000. She also has various qualifications in the fitness, sport and business fields. She is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and the Biokinetics Association of South Africa (BASA). She is working with patients living with diabetes, passionate about orthopaedic-, cardiac- and sports rehabilitation, and an expert in hydrotherapy.
In addition, she has worked as a Biokineticist and Conditioning Specialist for the South African Korfball Team since 2009.
